After the humans are gone, the fae live on.

Entry for ~mew-ninjin's contest! She provided the lineart and we were meant to color it.

I started off with the hair, making it a vivid red in honor of my friend ~WillowofAvalon -- and then I made the mistake of complaining to her that the fairy's eyes looked dead. She started trying to convince me to make a zombie fairy, I argued that was NOT what the original artist of the lineart wanted, she said it would stand out and one thing led to another, and eventually, I ended up giving the fairy yellow wings like Willow wanted, and adding in red blood. And having the fairy seated on a SKULL.

New things I did this time:

-Grass!
-Skull!
-Lump of flesh, which is meant to be a baby mouse. If you look closely, you can see the TAIL is dangling down between her fingers.

Overall, I think this came out decently well. I'm not sure it'll win, because I doubt this was what she expected, but hey, it took a fair bit of time and looks pretty decent.
