Apppearance & Attitude: Feel free to change his clothes to anything that's black-green-gold and able to let him move about. Robes slit up the sides and fastened at the waist would be fantastic, maybe something formalish. XD

He's a dragon prince with all the arrogance that entails. Bright green eyes, the same green as his wings, and either black or gold horns. He wears a gold headband instead of a crown because crowns fall off too easily while flying, and always has his hair up in a ponytail. He's a bit too thin in that picture -- he should be a bit more muscled -- and isn't all that tall, maybe 5"10.

Backstory: Rie's mother was a human princess, his father a dragon. His father woke up one morning to find Rie's mother standing outside his cave, skirt all ripped up and crown dented, brandishing a sword. She said that her parents had planned on marrying her off to some prince, and she had no intention of getting married, so in exchange for the dragon keeping her 'hostage', she would polish its treasure and by being bait, bring him a never-ending stream of princes and their retinues to eat.

Talk about love at first sight.

About ten years later, Rie was born. His mother died when he was forty years old, Rie having inherited the dragon blood from his father that made him immortal and therefore slowed his aging so that even though he was technically forty, he was only a child in human form. After that, he spent most of his life in his dragon form, curled up amidst piles of treasure and listening to his father tell him how to be a dragon. He had his first clan meeting at the age of two hundred, where he was officially introduced as the Prince of the Arkonsel Mountains, but he could not ascend to leaderhood until he had done his journeying. It's traditional amongst his clans for young dragons to travel for a hundred years or so, shifting through dimensions and realities, and taking on the forms of other species. It gives them valuable skills in diplomacy and broadens their understanding of how other creatures think.

I usually play Rie in the midst of his travels, all curious but contemptuous too, thinking of humans as short-lived creatures with very little understanding of the world around them. He's a dragon prince with all the arrogance that entails, after all. He tries not to eat sentient beings, but he doesn't mind taking a bite or two out of them. He's very carnivorous and hates vegetables, but loves tearing the heads off gummy bears.
